We are now aware that our upstream carrier has been having issues with their Melbourne data Centre.

We have been advised that today a number of DDoS hacking attacks have occurred and as a result of this they have seen customer issues with latency which would explain all the issues today.

We are testing workarounds to minimise the impact on our network/customers, though at this stage it is largely in the hands of our upstream carrier to resolve.

We will provide further updates as they become available.
