Hi All,

We've fixed the core issue, and are waiting for things to recover. Vocus identified issues with network configuration affecting their wholesale network in VIC, NSW, QLD, ACT and TAS. Early reports are that this is resolved. We have customers reporting that issues have now been rectified but have not had official confirmation from Vocus yet.

We will provide further updates once the official confirmation the outage has been resolved. We thank you for your patience and understanding.
