Unplanned NBN Outage // NSW

We've now resolved the incident.

Our upstream carrier have advised that network equipment has been replaced and the outage has been cleared as of 10.15am AEDT today. Our monitoring confirms services have been coming back up also.

We can confirm that the fix applied by the upstream carrier has resolved the issue and services to affected areas should now be back up and running. If your services are still down and you have not yet rebooted your modem, please do so now by powering your modem off waiting 10 seconds and then powering back on again. PLEASE DO NOT FACTORY RESET YOUR MODEM.

If after 15 minutes your services are still down, please contact us on 1300 193 299 for further assistance.

Our engineers are still working with the upstream carrier engineers to try and resolve the current outage. At this time there is no ETA on the restoration of services in impacted areas however, it will be as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience and we do apologise for the inconvenience.

Thank you for contacting us earlier today to advise us of your Internet outage.

Please be advised that Point of Interconnects (POIs) in the below locations have failed and all services associated with these links are currently offline. The NBN outage is isolated to 11 POIs in NSW. Engineers are working to establish the cause of the failure and to bring these POIs back online.

We currently do not have an estimated restoration time though will continue to provide updates.

NSW POIs affected: Albury Berkeley Vale Campbelltown Coffs Harbour Gosford Hamilton Liverpool Maitland Nowra Tamworth Wagga Wagga
