Dear Valued Customers,

Please be advised that there is an unplanned service degradation effecting NBN services in the ACT. Our Technical support is working with our upstream carrier and engineering team who is investigating the matter.

Currently there is no ETA as yet to when this will be resolved. We will be providing further updates as soon as they become available.
