We've now resolved the incident.

After doing some system/network upgrades overnight our support team have found some issues with phone lines re-registering to the systems this morning. All lines are now registering to systems again, but we can also do this manually if you are still having issues.

Please call 1300 193 299 and Press 2 for support. Please have your account number handy and the voice support team will be able to assist.

We apologise for any inconvenience cause and we thank you for your patience.

Hi All,

We are having reports of some cloud systems unable to make/receive calls. Our technical engineers are working to find the cause and bring the phones back online asap.
