PLEASE NOTE: This is an outbound calling issue only. All inbound calls from patients, clients & customers will still go through and reach you as normal.
This is not affecting all customers so please disregard if your able to make local outbound calls without issue.
Affected Services: The issue is affecting some voice services when making outbound calls.
Issue: If dialling an 8 digit landline, the local area code is not being prepended to the call- this is resulting in calls not connecting and the caller receiving a “Number Not in Service” RVA.
Workaround: Please include the area code (Eg. 02, 03, 08 etc) when dialling local landline numbers.
Our upstream carrier has been informed, is aware of the incident and working with our team to have this resolved. We will provide further updates as soon as they become available.
