Hi all,

We are currently experiencing a widespread NBN outage affecting multiple states. The issue is affecting data throughput.

We’re working with Network Engineers closely and will provide updates ASAP. Our call centre has exploded with calls and some calls are dropping unfortunately. An announcement is being configured to be played to callers advising of the issue.

We apologise for the inconvenience and are working on this with the highest priority.
