We've now been advised that there was nation wide POI outage affecting data flow for approximately 15-20 mins.
We have been told it is now resolved and services are all now coming back online and data flow is returning to normal.
If you are still experiencing issues please try to give you modem a reboot and give it 5 mins to come back online.
