Please be advised the outage in Campbelltown/Liverpool has been resolved. We are getting reports from customers that services are all now coming back online.

If you are still experiencing issues please try to give you modem a reboot and give it 5 mins to come back online.

The last thing we want is outages for our customers and are constantly working with our upstream provider Vocus to ensure that interruptions are as rare as possible.

Unplanned outage affecting NBN customers on the Campbelltown, NSW POI. (also affecting Liverpool) Since 11pm 21/11/23.

The cause has been identified as physical damage to Vocus fibre and teams are onsite currently working to resolve the issue.

We appreciate your patience and understanding while Vocus work to restore this issue.

Please be advised that Vocus is experiencing a network disruption affecting NBN services attached to both the Campbelltown and Liverpool areas in Sydney NSW.

This has been escalated and we hope to have an outcome shortly and will update information on this notice as it comes to hand.
